Corporate and Foundation Relations

The Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR) team serves as the global resource for our corporate and foundation partners to access the talent, expertise, and programs at the McCombs School of Business. Our primary goal is to facilitate and strengthen strategic, mutually-beneficial partnerships with corporations and foundations.

By maintaining a broad knowledge base of school programs, events, and centers at McCombs, the CFR team can help:

  • Provide an entry point to provide you information about the McCombs School
  • Serve as a central point of contact to facilitate discussions with faculty and staff
  • Match your company’s strategic interests to the school’s research, initiatives, and talent
  • Develop and formalize relationships and agreements
  • Share opportunities for engagement beyond recruitment such as speaking roles, mentorship dinners, mock interviews, case competition judging, panel discussions
  • Foster high-touch involvement with c-suite company leadership through our Dean’s Advisory Council
  • Structure your company’s matching gift program to maximize impact and connect alumni in your company

Partnerships can be structured along a continuum from recruiting to sponsorships to research partnerships, to help build your company’s brand and build your talent pipeline. We have identified three pillars that drive our most successful partnerships:

    • Recruitment: Hiring high-caliber talent from the McCombs School
    • Engagement: Connecting with our students in classes, competitions, organizations, and programs
    • Investment: Cultivating long-sustaining partnerships by supporting programs, research, centers of excellence, and scholarships
